Can anyone recommend an inexpensive direct mail company. I was just quoted 5000 for $.55 each and 10,000 for $.40 each. Hopefully there’s cheaper, but good quality.

To get the pizza off the peel, you can use cormeal, or I just throw a little more flour on the peel. I also made sure to draw circles on my board to show how big my pizza had to be. It helped alot.

Our larest Pizza is an 18". With a 16" for our next size down. Our 18" Deluxe is only $18.75 and we run a special for our 16" 2 topping for $10.99. They use to sell a 24" at this location before we bought it, but we really get too much interest in it.

Since we have a meatball sub, we also offer meatballs for a pizza topping. We mainly use ground beef since the meatballs gives a different taste.

My old carryout place didn’t have any heat, we used our ovens plus electric heaters to keep it warm. The building was built in 1914, so its a little drafty. We never turned on the hoods during the winter time because it would pull out all the warm air. It just depends on your situation…

We actually have closed on Easter as well, we’re in an area where religious is big…We’ve always closed for Christmas, and closed early on Christmas Eve.

Hey Red, We’re on the west side of Michigan. I think that Pepsi and Coke have just gotten so big they don’t care about the little guy unless you’re projecting a million dollar store or have multiple locations. Hopefully, other parts of the country are better. Jim
