    I bought one advertised to hold a boxed 18" Pizza. It didn’t so I’m on the lookout for one that does. The 18" pizza goes into an 18.5" pizza box.so that would.be minimum width and depth. Any help?

    Anyone out there cooking and chopping there own bacon? Most precooked is far to well done so I buy pretty expensive bacon precooked and crumpled now, but it’s expensive. So is a Buffalo Chopper. Any alternatives people have figured out without being too labor intensive?

    If you are doing Restaurant Depot, try their Big C brand of breaded tenders. I get the uncooked ones and they cook in 6:30. I think they are a better taste than Tyson and much cheaper $2.40/lb.

    Yelp ALERT! Be Prepared!

    Issue is, you can try and disable your restaurant on Yelp, but they still will show it and let people comment and rate. You have ZERO control. I just fought a review for 3 weeks that was a total fabrication (and I had security video for it) and they FINALLY took it down.
