Thanks, I will use this as a reference when I check back in with them soon.

    Worldpay Gateway

Rico, Can you confirm that you do use a Worldpay gateway? When I had just Worldpay, no gateways, and ran on 102, it was still fine. My change over had too many mitigating circumstances to be sure of it being the release, although that was what they suspected. When I spoke to a rep at support...

    Worldpay Gateway

Thanks for the response. It’s really odd to me that it works this way. We use SpeedDine for online orders, when orders come from there, it prints the credit card receipt with the actual ticket. We have 2 printers, one at the front counter and one at the oven. We have make tickets for pick ups/to...

    Worldpay Gateway

Anyone else using a Worldpay gateway with Speedline? We are processing with First Data North now. We had to have a gateway setup so we can use it with Speeddine. The gateway is setup on the Worldpay “express” platform fyi. Something weird is happening though, any time my drivers dispatch, I get...

    AI phone answering service

Pizzacloud has something like this, I haven’t used it, but when I spoke to them a few years ago, it was best for simplistic menus, like a dominos. I haven’t revisited it with them since

    Employees talk about wages

I hear you, in the last 2 months, 2 local places have “temporarily closed”. Assuming 1 isn’t coming back, too early to tell for the other, and another one has been closed all week with nothing posted online. All of these places have been looking for serious help too. It’s just crazy anymore.

I’d say that is going to depend first on your climate.

    Diastic Malt and Flour

I’m playing around with a Sicilian recipe and some research has lead me to a King Arthur Diastic Malt Powder to add to the dough recipe, but I’ve seen conflicting results as too how much to add. Any one have any guidance here for how much to add to a batch made with 50lbs of flour? I’m trying...

How to clean new pizza boxes before use *newbie*

I’d recommend not worrying about it. If you are deadset on using something under the pizza, just use wax paper/deli sheets.

    Switching from Worldpay

Your pay at the door SHOULD coincide with the same rates as in store since they are both being swiped/chipped. This whole situation with Worldpay is past ridiculous, glad you’re doing well the rates though. You’d just think they’d have some consistency and I think that’s where the issue lies...

    Switching from Worldpay

They have a controlling interest in first data. Worldpay is owned by FIS and was acquired for $43 billion in 2019. PNC is big but I don’t think that’s in their acquisition budget.

As it should be. They’ve completely taken advantage of this situation. We are switching to PNC bank

    Switching from Worldpay

I should say, I’m also trying to get our new processor to pay it, they seem to be avoiding the question. But they are going to save us around 30k on fees a year, so even if they don’t, it’s worth paying
