    Garlic Jims Franchise

Russell, The only thing I know about Garlic Jim’s is what I read in the trade magazines. I hear they’re AWUS is about $14k and they’re expanding quite rapidly. They’re relatively identical to the operation I’m affiliated with. -J_r0kk

What kind of Loan can I get for my pizzeria?

Nick, you sure that wasn’t your bank looking for the lein on the casa? I always thought SBA loans up to a certain amount (I think around $200k) were 85% guaranteed with no collateral required, and it’s the evil banker that wants you to sign away your home, firstborn male child, etc. Either way...

    Delco in 900 SF??

My Junction City store is 865 square feet… with seating for 24. Yes, it can be done. My walk-in cooler and dry storage is outside, though. That’s the only drawback. -J_r0kk

    Delivery Monster

Another thing, Daddio, if that didn’t work for you is headhunting. Tell your current drivers to bring in friends, friends of friends, and aquaintances of friends of friends. Once these people work for 30 days, pay your “headhunter” $100 bonus for each new teammember brought in. -J_r0kk

    Delivery Monster

Big Dave, I see your problem with lack of return. Let me help you out here on this one… Instead of “Drivers Wanted” on your boxtopper, you actually create a separate, small half-page boxtopper. This boxtopper is called a “mini-ap”, or mini-application. On it you have them list the same basic...

Up, I know this won’t work for you but it might for other folks so I’m going to post it: On Monday nights we totally got away from the pizza marketing and advertised $1.00 Longnecks (this is only the domestic beer as others like Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Blue Moon, Boulevard Wheat, and Heineken...

Piper, Ya know, I’m not sure. If they do referrals, great. My user name on there is Jr0kk. If they don’t, no problem. Helping you out and saving you money is reward enough. -J_r0kk

    Flyer printing companies

I printed boxtoppers. I did the artwork and sent it in to them. They printed and sent it out to me a week later. The boxtoppers are 4.5"x6.5" and really heavy glossy paper. Total was $169 for 5,000 -J_r0kk

    Flyer printing companies

I just got my flyers in from www.gotprint.com . I’ve just got one word to say: DAYUM! Seriously, I’m not lying… they’re awesome. They’re high gloss and actually thicker than I would’ve imagined. Anyway, if anyone’s interested in getting boxtoppers printed relatively cheap, there’s a good source...

    Pizza Warmer

Another source for obtaining this box would be a used pizza equipment place. That’s where I got mine. It’s 6 ft high and holds about 40 pizzas (that’s a guess). It runs off 110v ac and holds a temp of 180 degrees. $350 used is what I bought it for. -J_r0kk
