I used to own a ventless pressure fryer…got it used on ebay…handled production like a regular fryer…I would go that way vs mini solution…these days we just prebake our wings, cool, sauce to order & run thry the conveyor…no complaints & rave reviews…

as a Point of Success user, I began with a single license and one impact printer…over time I’ve ramped up to a six license system, all built with used Dell PC’s and used thermal printers (3)…I’ve taken advantage of Jeff’s deals along the way, adding the time clock and licenses…you can’t go wrong...

Square features an off line mode…we’ve had up to 12 drivers, all with smart phones, out on the road…never had an issue…

no other fees if card is swiped…if it is keyed in, 15 or 35¢ I think…you can see all transaction online, from others using the main acct, like drivers…money in the acct the next day…

TurboChef has a conveyor system…pricey…I’ve used a few of their other products over the years…was a beta user for the 1st oven…

the trick is filter every day…cheap shortening is fine, but peanut oil will last a bit longer & the flavor profile is superior…when I had an auto filter system, I could filter several times a day…then peanut oil was worth it…

you can get a Square reader TODAY & reduce the chance of fraud 99.999%…eazy peazy…no hassle solution & $$$ in the bank the next day…

somerset has one…great company & prodects…not cheap tho…look for used on ebay…you might try docking yiur dough or tempering it to reduce ballooning…
