In light of WA DAVE willingness to give out his dough recipe. I just wanted to share this with all of you, a pizza that I am certain has hit the market several times over in several markets. I just recently put out THE REUBEN PIZZA, Slices of Corned Beef, Piles of SauerKraut, on a 1000 island...

    Burnett Cheese

Michael, I have never heard of it. I made a move to GRANDE CHEESE about 7 years ago and I have never looked back. If you can get it from you supplier, I would suggest you do a test with it. The melt is the best in the market, and the flavor is far supperior to any other cheese on the market...

    RENT???

GT, That is my next move. I have found alot of 5000 sq ft. buildings over here for about $100,000. The great thing about owning the building is the ability to take a 2nd against the property for repairs, and equipment upgrades, etc. etc.

Just need so Insight from some Pizza Pros.

If you are willing to move out west for $105K I could help you open up 4 stores, and if we rollover profits we could probably open upwards of 10 DEL/CO’s in 2 years. At the conclusion of year 2, you would be a 49% owner of 10 stores with a AWUS of $10,000, and you would be earning about...

    RENT???

It sound like your all paying CRAZY money for rents. I am in Rural Northern Idaho. Ever see the movie “A River Runs Through It” with Brad Pitt, Tom Skerritt, and Craig Sheffer? I am right there in some of the most beautiful lands in the U.S. (Westside of the Rockies) Idaho is the 3rd fastest...

    Bread Sticks

I take a 14" dough ball (24 ounces) flatten it with a rolling pin, and square it up. I then cut the suare in half. I take one half the square, and I cut it into 8 equal strips about 1" x 4" usually. Then I pick up each piece stretch to about 12" and I twist them. Using my left hand I twist...

I am negoitiating a restaurant lease right now. 2500 ft. for $500/mo. the first year, $750/mo the second year, and $1000 the 3rd year. They originally wanted $800 flat for all three years. Its a great deal, but I am always looking to lower my overhead more. We talked about connect rent to a...

    slices

By Most Health Department Laws you can only hot hold product for 4 hours. I have found that by providing slices, you are more opt sell to someone out of impulse than necessity, or better yet to someone who is on the fence about trying your product. Maybe they go to company B down the street...

Re: Ready to build(Does $6 pizza make any profit? sence??) Punjabi Guy, I have heard of California Gold I think its made by F & A, or Faggio, I am not sure. Low Start-Up Cost... How low can you go?

Tom Lehmann: Tom I agree with you for the most part. But your costing of these items could be pared down even further. After all, what do you really need to open a $700 a day store, enough refrigeration to store maybe 70 dough balls, and another 200 lbs of meat and produce. I could build a...

    Pepperoni

But honeslty we could all pay the rock bottom price if we created an affiliation. I found that when I moved from a single store company to a multi-store company, I was able to shrink the margin a little more each time I opened a new store. I often wondered what would happen if we could create a...

    Pepperoni

The price of pepperoni will all depend on the quality of your product. If you are using Doskicil your probably paying $1.50 to $2.00 a pound, if your using Hormel you’ll probably pay $2.00 to $2.50 a pound, and if your using Mistretta’s or Michelina’s you will probably pay $3.50 to $4.00 a...

I hate coupons too ADPizzaguy but its an atmosphere we have created. ADVO published a report that said 70% of all pizza purchases are coupon driven. I agree with the FREE comment earlier.
