Read through the posts in the forum and then read them again. It will take more money than you think. There will be unexpected costs that come up. I have been open for 2 months and almost everything that was posted in this forum has been true.
All of my pizza is hand tossed. By this I mean entirely stretched by hand. At the very least I would say that it is misleading but as stated earlier the average customer is “none the wiser”
Thanks for the reply. I definitely will tell the truth but I do not know the answer. I have looked at all of my ingredients and do not see any of these items listed but I am worried about given false information by mistake.

I can tell you that I feel terrible for my kids. However, they enjoy it. folding boxes, sweeping, mopping, etc. The problem is that I know they are missing out on bike riding, football, etc. but they do not realize it yet.

Thanks very much for the valuable input. I actually have five more years and I will have 20 years at my employer and will be able to retire (I will only be 44). I am leaning toward slowly acquiring equipment and having a five year opening plan.
