    Where Are You Getting Your Pizza Boxes?

    SoFo Foods has 16" boxes with the coca-cola advertising on them for $5 bundle. Or a little better box with Boost phone advertising for $8 bundle. I prefer the boost because they are a little heavier.

    Hummus Pizza

    We make a hummus pizza and calzone. Flavored hummus instead of sauce, all veggies and no cheese. Completely vegan and vegetarian. Anyone else ever try it?

    How much does each brownie bite cost? Last year I bought some at a Sysco food show, they were .30 cents each. Hard to compete against Dominos selling them at $3.00 (10) with chocolate sauce. They are very good, but also very rich.

    chinese take-out containers?

    For 10 wings or less we use a 6x6 hamburger container. For 20 and 30 I use 9x9 container. If they are ordered with extra sauce we wrap them with aluminum foil. I use jumbo wings 8/10’s. 50 and more go into a 1/2 steam pan. I sell lots of wings with no complaints.

    Fresh Spinich

    In the past I’ve always used frozen spinich as a topping. I want to start using fresh spinich. Do I need to blanch it first before using it? Or do I just throw it on the pizza.
