Hi all, Does anyone sell icecream in their pizza shop? We have a line on a gourmet, farm fresh ice cream, we are adding it starting next weekish. Anyone ever add it after being in business? What happened? Just thought id see if anyone else has done the same. Cheers

It is comparing apples to banana’s. The thing is not how is my average ticket price compared to my competitors. But how IS my average ticket price. Are you upselling? Do u ask EVERY customer if they would like to order extra cheese, or a same sized pepperoni pizza for only…the reason we worry...

I too have had no problem with dryness. But I like pizza guy (HI WAYNE!) press my dough to order and sauce right away, maybe that is the problem?

I use a dough pro as well, for me I love it cuz I can leave my dough in the cooler, press it out and wella, no blown dough!

I use quats, I like it alot. As a side note. Color over the orange spots with permanant magic marker the same color of your shirts. My staff think i am a genius when I pull out my trusty magic marker! lol 😃
