    too busy!

    As the night goes on keep bumping the oven temp up which will help maintain the temps, just don’t forget to turn it back down once the rush is over. Hope this helps!

    That’s a good point, Most of you guys probably do more in one night on the weekend then our weekly average but I still manage to make a nice living, gotta love low overhead!

    One way to deal with Yelp

    Looks like Yelp is now filtering just about every review they are getting now. Pages and pages of reviews being filtered. That made my day!

    I’ve seen this first hand. We have over 23 reviews all positive flagged and the one negative review stays up even though it is very questionable. Yelp is a complete and utter scam no question.
