    Mixers and OSHA requirements

    Looking at a used mixer, guy selling it said he got it from a hospital and they needed the guard for OSHA requirements… I hadn’t even considered that some used equipment may no longer meet OSHA requirements. I’m going to call them tomorrow, but does anyone know anything about this?

    I know this has been discussed in the past, but I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for… General liability, workman’s comp, hired non owned auto… We’re looking at about 600/month at least, and he had trouble getting the last two. Is this common?
