    food cost goals

    My place is a full service dining with primarily pizza, pasta, calazones, sandwiches, salad with very little delivery or carry-out. my question is was is a typical food cost % should I be aiming for. We are currently running and avg of 25% should I be lower. Thanks in advance for all your help.
