    how long to make a batch of dough?

    How do you cut your bread for subs?

    I have been doing the 'ol Subway method by cutting “v” down the entire bun. You? Also what do you do with that extra bread you cut out? I use it for croutons? Do you serve it with the sandwich?

    Ground vs granular

    I have always used granular garlic in a lot of my recipes. My truck just left and they sent me ground instead. Will this be more potent? Do I need to cut my recipes a bit? I have never used it, or even seen it for that matter. Thanks
