Has anyone found an easier way of cleaning the carbon build up on pizza screens. So far we’ve found a degreasing solution and scrubbing but it takes long time. Any suggestions?

I normally log directly into the TT but logged onto www.pmq.com today for the first time in a while. Is it me or is the main PMQ home gone all ‘pizza.today’ in style? Hope TT doesn’t go the same way as their Bulletin Board. Shame really like the old one better.
