    BEST WAY TO CALCULATE FOOD COST?

    whats do u guys think on whats the easiet way to calculate foodcost? Right now we do everything freehand like all the toppings, cheese etc. so im having a difficult time trying to calculate the exact foodcost. Also i heard theres a program called foodcostpro. Has anyone ever used it?

    WOULD U RECCOMEND DIGITAL SCALE FOR PORTION CONTROL?

    Hi i was interested in finding out if anyone uses digital scales for controlling food portions like cheese, toppings etc. If so does it work pretty good, and could anyone recommended any good scales to buy? Also how much cheese do u think should go on a 12" 14" 16" and 18" pizza Thanks alot
