    On the bright side I don’t have to buy more bags :cry: The weatherman says it’ll be cooling off in the next few days… down to 108, :roll: I’m so tempted to stop by the water fountains/kiddie pool in the park next to a delivery spot, but then I’d smell like wet pizza and wings. Cheers M8s

    Water in sauce ?

    We’re using a NY style sauce. One #10 can of Escalon 6 in 1 Peeled Ground Tom (2) 15 oz cans of tomato sauce and adding our spices. I’ve seen most pizza sauce recipes adding water. What would be the recommended amount of water for this mixture? Thanks

    Q or two for transplanted New Yorkers

    For ex-New Yorkers west of the Miss. Are you using a CA tomato base for a NY style sauce and do you love it or use it because that’s all you can get? We all know the food sales rep’s mantra of “Just as good”, lol

    Season change, are you getting your lighted signs on?

    Go and get a timer and set it. If you have them now, adjust the time and keep track as it gets darker earlier. Customers hate driving by and trying to figure out if you’re open or not! I’ve been guilty. Sitting around the store talking with an employee about how we’re unusually slow. Then...
