Try the Broaster VF3 self contained fryer. They have a higher capacity than the Perfect Fry. We have been using them for a long time without problem.

We only take cards tab the door using DeJavoo machines. If you are in an area with good cell coverage you will be fine. Because we are in a somewhat rural area we have connection problems at times.

We’ve been using wireless machines for over 2 years and I believe all things considered, it is the way to go. We have cases for the machines and have only had one machine broken in 2 years.

Currently we are using the Broaster version of the ventless fryer. I started out using Perfect fry units in 2002, but the Broaster units have more capacity. I have had very good luck with the units. Most repairs can be done by the user. If you have any other questions, let me know.
