Doubtful that the motor is bad. Verify that the motor controller (inside the control cabinet) is getting 120v AC when the conveyor switch is on. If it is, then the motor controller is bad. If it isn’t, the switch is bad.

What model oven? When you say the top conveyor power went out - what do you mean? Does it have a digital time display or just thumbwheel numbers? Did you check the actual on/off switch in the panel?

Really? Why? Because I bring up the point that having 6 “backup centers” makes no sense - especially as the solution to 2 “backup centers” failing. Maybe 8 or 12 would be even better. Does it need to be even numbers?
