    we won’t have a fryer but would love to do wings, are these really still good if you don’t have a fryer? and are the La nova wings already cooked and seasoned?? I ask this because, when I’ve bought fully cooked and seasoned wings from a grocery store and brought home to heat in the oven there...

    actually I like taking the train, but the only problem with amtrak train system here is that if your on a tight schedule they may not be the best Idea, because they tend to always be late!!! hope they have tons of fun!!! sad your not going with them!!! 🙂

    I have to say that one of the reasons we’re going with grande is the reheat value, I really think its superior in that department and who doesn’t like to have pizza the next day??? I love the fact that when a customer reheats our pizza its going to be good then too!!!

    it can’t be at room temperature, your health department would never let that fly, best your going to do is have it in a cooler and then they can reheat it but its not going to be a very good product. just my opinion.

    Those with Dine In, what plates do you use?

    I’m trying to go as modern as a pizzeria can go and I found some nice square ones that are about 7" to serve with the pizzas, but I have a huge pet peave when I go into a restaurant and get served with dinnerware that has big chips in them. so find them cheap enough that you don’t mind replacing...
