    td_VP192: Yeah, Somehow they think they are screwing you by quitting when you are on vacation. Maybe they think they are so important that if they do this you will have to cancell your plans and come back.

    Open normal hours. Lunch was up about 100%. People treat it like a Sunday.

    I do believe the xlt’s have a single blower. Yes, to bake slower on a conveyor just play with you time and temp (slower time, lower temp) until you are happy.

If you rotate right to left across the front and then right to left across the back (or left to right; doesn’t matter) you have used all the spots before starting over...

    MM 350’s are loud as are lincoln 1000’s, 350s are louder. I like the lincoln bake better.

    12/15/18 might work. To go back to an earlier post on this thread, you definitlely want to have 2 ovens for redundency. Also gas is MUCH cheaper than electric to operate.

    I tried making a big mac pie today. American cheese, 1000 island, generous portion of beef, onions, pickles tomatoes (i’ve always thought the big mac should have tomatoes) lite mozz, cheddar and provolone baked and the topped with fresh lettuce.
