    What kind of paper receipt do you place on your to go orders?

    We use the 2 ply to give the drivers a copy and to keep the blacking out from happening. I would love to go thermal though. Cheaper, quieter, printers last longer. We use thermal on the make tables. We also use labels on the salads and wings. It helps keep them all straight when it gets busy.

    We have a couple of locations that are in what we call “warehouse land”. Manufacturers, logistics, offices and everything in between. The daytime population exceeds 40K at each spot. Yesterday 1 location cleared 800 pizzas and the other 600, just for lunch. Its was quite a ride.

    Vegetable Prep

    Robot Coupe is a solid machine. We use the CL-50. We prep a couple hundred pounds of cheese and veggies every day. We’ve burned out a couple of them. If you just do veggies it will probably last 10 years.
