Try 99designs.com You set the price (usually $150-300) and you get dozens of proposals. I tried it once, and was amazed at the quality and quantity of proposals I got. You might also try crowdspring.com, similar concept, but thought the designers are better that submit to 99designs.

I’ve been reading about POSPizza and it looks good (so does the price!) Does it cause any problems using British pounds instead of USD? Can it handle the different VAT settings etc?
