    That sounds a little more like the original pizzas (except for the cheese). I’m thinking of selling an original Italian-style pizza, where it’s just olive oil, salt, and peppers/tomatoes/other, without cheese or sauce, on a flat bread.

    I love alfredo pizza, and the others sound delicious as well. 😃 My store hasn’t opened yet, but I hope people will appreciate some of the more unique pizza toppings instead of just cheese, peperoni, or vegetarian every time, although I know these are top sellers.

    It’s true most hot wings come with sauce, but sauce adds a lot of extra calories and is messier. I prefer dry hot wings, although I think the traditional wings have sauce.

    Yes, Encyclopizza is a very good site. I would focus on at most 1-3 main specialty pizzas and work hard at making them well. Once you get good at making pizzas by someone else’s recipe you can add your own touch to it. Differentiation is key. 🙂

    I would have experimented around and found the best pizza recipe before I opened. As you are, you can find many pizza recipes online. Try new things until you find something different and tasty. Also, use commas instead of ellipses.
