Up for debate which special is the “Better” special Special A food cost is about 38% but the overall profit is about 72 cents higher than Special B Special B food cost is about 34% but less profit than Special A Assuming both specials would sell equally.

We had micros several years ago… never again they told us it would do everything we wanted 8 months of programming and we got some of the stuff to work the way we wanted other stuff never happened. Have speedline now and love it

If you have a cable modem why dont you process using that it would seem to me its much faster that way.

We use a perdue product that is very good. Same issue with size though however we sell them by weight… we introduced them to the menu that way and nobody has ever questioned it.
