Last year at the PMQ Orlando Pizza Show we were all talking about the $200.00 pizza. The tip alone on that pizza and a single dessert, let alone two, would come out at $360.00, and that is just an 18% gratuity, so that $200.00 pizza is beginning to look pretty cheap. Sorry…but for my money I think I’ll just stay with a good old fashion pizza that essentially all of you are already making. Call me cheap or call me non-adventuresome, better yet, call me a traditionalist, I just like PIZZA, and it doesn’t need to be fancy or expensive to be good or even GREAT!
