1600 - 2400 sq ft Utility usage

For pizzerias in the 1600 to 2400 sqft on a monthly average how many gallons of water, gas therms and kilowatt hours are you using per month. I am working on my business plan and trying to get an average for figuring out my utility usage.

Totally the wrong way to look at it.

Delco or full service? 300k/yr or 1M?

What kind of ovens are you going to be running? How many of them?

What kind of refridgeration will you have? Walk-in size?

Any friers, grills, broilers?

What part of the country do you live in? Climate? A/C?

How much volume do you expect to do?

Will you be open for lunch? Late nights?

I think what they are trying to say is that you should not try to calculate killowatt hours, etc. Instead, you should be asking “as a percentage of revenue, how much do you spend on utilities”. Providing information about your operation will help us further refine the answers. However, I spend about 2.5% of my gross on Gas and Electric in a full service restaurant in the Midwest.
