60 quart mixers

How do you tell the difference between an H and P series?

I would love to be able to do a 50# bag at once… I am thinking this would make my life a lot easier.

Both are 60-quart mixers, the P series such as P-660 is the real workhorse and it is easily identified because it is only a two speed mixer. Note: It comes in both 110V as well as 220V flavors, we’re only interested in the 220V mixer. The H series (H-600 & H-600-D) are 4-speed mixers. They’re good mixers, but not the workhorse that the P-660 is. This is especially important when considering how tough some of our pizza doughs are.
