Advice on Proper Freezing Techniques for Food Preservation

I’ve recently begun freezing foods to extend their lifespan, but I’m coming across some challenges with freezer burn, uneven freezing, and a loss of flavor and texture. I’m unsure about the best containers to use for different foods, whether pre-cooling is necessary, and how to prevent ice crystals from forming. Additionally, I’d love to know how long various foods can be safely stored frozen.
