What do people use to keep their pizza’s warm while waiting for the customer to pick up other than an Alto Sham

Alto Shaams & similar hot boxes, IMHBAO, tend to make the pies sweat, hence a soggier crust…I use/prefer a Merco/Hatco hot plate…I’ve used on BIG orders, a simple enclosed aluminum box, heated by a few sternos…but that will sweat as well…

We use a 5up plug-in bag.
