Hi all. Just wanted to introduce myself. Without dragging this introduction out I have recently realized that I’m a Pizza Guy and need to open my own shop. I’ve been reading the forum for the past couple of months and appreciate not only the vast amount of information available but the effort to help one another. This forum has help me tremendously and I know I will call on it’s help as my plan unfolds. Therefore I would like to offer any help I can provide.
I have over six years experience in three different shops. While in college I worked mainly as a driver, however, I have worked every position in the kitchen. I kept a detailed spreadsheet of my deliveries for a little over a year. If anyone would like a copy let me know. Or if you have any questions hit me up. I’ll do my best to help.
