Can you recommend a good customer service program – supported by videos that can be used for a small (two stores) pizza delivery company. We would like to train both inside and outside (drivers) to offer the best customer service available. Anything I’ve seen is VERY pricey and want to know what others may do.

I’ve read that many of the larger companies create their own training programs – that isn’t possible for us and I feel like there must be some less pricey (programs out there). If pricey is the way to go, perhaps some direction on what to look for and what to avoid.
