We got the univex DR14 dough baller recently. I am not sure yet if I am happy with it.
We do realize our dough balls are on the higher end in weight and hydration of what univex says works with the machine, but it is hard to get the dough balls off the plate and they have a large dimple in the bottom that I think adds air into my dough balls. Plus the dough balls look really rough.
Does anyone here have any experience with them? Any thoughts?
