a Sicilian style pizza? CiCi’s used 2 do a sq. thick style…I remember in Detroit it is/was quit popular…

what about doing, say a NY thin & a thick sq. - greater customer choices?

we do square pizzas but it’s more medium thick.

In New York, it is standard to make sicillian pizzas.

New Yorks market is so much different then around the country from what i see.

I talk to people in Florida who have never heard of Chicken Parmigiana or Penne Ala Vodka…
