I just wanted to see if anyone out there knows how Straw Hat makes their dough. I just went to a Straw Hat today for the first time and really liked their crust…so did the 60- 80 other people in the place. I know Straw Hat manufactors all their own supplies, but Im sure they have to use ingredients we all use to make their dough. I noticed they use conveyor ovens and their crust is crispy and light…like a cracker…but not too thin. Im not sure if any of you are familiar with Straw Hat, but I thought I’d give it a try…Thanks.
