We’re off on a new project & are considering a brick oven, either WF or a WF/gas combo, but I’ve run across some rotating stone/brick ovens and re-discovered remcousa’s site…

If I recall correctly, they had a real challenge the 1st few years…

Tho as a conveyor guy, this spot is more an exhibition kitchen and I’m looking for a USP of sorts…
