Doyon Jet Air Convection deck oven?

still struggling w/oven choice…found one I like, but at a price I’d prefer not 2 pay (CTX DZ55) my fav…

my constraints are no make-up air & no ansel system, only a heat hood, so I need all elec or “closed” deck style

I have a double stack Doyon FC2G2. Cook time set at 7.2 temp 540.
What do you need to know?

I understand you have the conveyor model…the one I stumbled across is a deck model…

have you been satisfied" Good cook quality? Parts/Service? Quite blower?

Blowers are not quied by any stretch of the imagination. Cook quality is good and I have never had to replace any parts. One factor in choosing Doyon was because they are made in Canada and that means no cross border exchange greif for me.
