We have online ordering but we do not have an APP for customers to download.

If you’re just a small one or two location shop don’t even bother. The adoption rate will be horrible and end up flushing money down the toilet.
Do some Facebook marketing instead with a Messenger bot. Messenger is installed in almost every phone and can do incredible things with it.

Then we can send them offers and any deals available at the moment through text messaging and email.
