I am being interviewed by the local paper next week about this. I haven’t changed my prices since I opened 21 months ago and am just about to. I hope this article in the local paper will make some of the penny pinchers understand.
I sent info to the local paper on wheat and cheese prices which resulted in a front page story in the Sunday paper two weeks ago. News papers are always looking for stories. They like stories about things that impact local business and topics that most readers are interested in. This one seems to fit the bill and having folks out there know about it might help with understanding prices!
