I am sorry that I have to ask a favour of you， with the hope that you will help me.
When I roast a pizza,if I put a modicum of cheese,the cheese on the pizza can’t wire-draw and it’s smell don’t delicious.But if I put lots of cheese on it, the pizza tastes very greasy,though it could wire-draw.I use 90% Mozzarella Cheese mixed with 10% Cheddar Cheese to be the finally cheese on the pizza. I’m very confused about it,can you give me some advise?
