My wife and I just opened our newest shop in south central NY state. We closed our other shop just over three years ago due to very poor location and declining population. I spent the last few years as a DM for one of the sandwich chains in MD. My parents are aging and need some help so we decided to move back and open the new shop. It is in a nicer area, one town over from our previous shop. I have always loved the pizza biz and the people in it. I have met several of the think tankers over the years and look forward to being back and contributing to the pizza community.
