Looking at a new oven for 20-30 pies a day. Will be using LP with stones. Thinking of a ds-805. Anybody want to give a review on this oven or have any thought on it. Thanks
I use a ds 805 (double stack) and we have handled hundreds of pies in a day, slices, etc. I wish my store had room for a double stack y-600 but I love my little ovens. They hold the heat well, cook consistently, and are easy to maintain. For the volume you mentioned you’ll have no issues.
