wondering if anyone has any experience with Bari pizza ovens. I recently took over a pizzeria , it has a Bari m6ps and I can’t seem to dial it in. I can’t get top heat to the pizzas. The bottoms will always burn before the tops are cooked.

There is no top heat control on that type oven Put doublr screens or something else to cut lower deck heat to the product.

Going to buy a better oven. It’s to much work playing around with those screens
I suggest you get an Edge Oven so you can get the top and bottom temperatures you want.
