Big Dave ?

I started here in March of 2004 and this forum really rocked. Where is Big Dave? He literally saved my store from blowing up due to the faulty conversion of gas connections. I did not really have the time for this board unless I had an issue after opening.

I know he is fine as evidenced by his judging on the Food Network.

Dave, are you out there for this board anymore?

I believe he works for pizzatoday now. He was very helpful when he was posting back in the day. There are still a lot of very knowledgeable and helpful people that post in this forum. This is the best forum for pizza operators by far!
