I have no experience with the program but I do know Bill. He is a regular speaker at Pizza Expo and very knowledgeable when it comes to the business end of a restaurant. I have his book Cashing in on Complaints which is a good book to get ideas from.
From reading the website information my opinion is, you have the same type of “support” right here on PMQ’s Think Tank and it is FREE.
