Brand Of Steak

For those of you who use steak for subs or pizzas what brand and type do you use?

I use Liguis from ROMA for our Philliy cheese steaks and Carne Asada pies. It also makes a really good Chicken Fried Steak Parm.

If you are talking about that pre-made frozen garbage, I don’t know. However, we used several vendors and I got my lean steak and second grade from my butcher along with the baby chicken tenders, flank, swiss, roast beef and select other products. Our process was to cut and portion out a few cases at a time and make them to order. A true philly cut and grilled is the only way to go.
