Anyone out there have agreat cannelloni recipe? I have one I am refining for use, and would accept guidance from any experts out there. I am pleased with the concept and ease, so I’m making progress on the filling.
I am using pasta sheets that I already have in house for my lasagna. Getting three or four from a sheet, depending on my portioning and how I cut the sheet up.
