Cannoli anyone?

Who sells cannoli? If you do, do you keep it frozen until it’s ordered? What’s your method?

Hello pizza,we make our own,very easy.2# ricotta,1#marscapone3-4 oz of bitter chocolates and 2-3 vanilla beans scraped.Mix well and then you can freeze in pastry bags and take out as you need it takes about a 1/2 hour to thaw out.We do purchase our shells though due to they are a pain in da a$$ to make.Buy the mini ones you can bang them out at .99 ea. and make a nice profit.Be sure to give out samples to your customers,once you give them a taste the party’s over for them they’ll now be hooked.Be sure to shake a little powdered sugar on top of ea.canolli before serving.
