Catering

I want to start expanding our catering options. I want to do different levels of pizza buffets,each adding something extra at a per person price. My question is at how many people should I start at to consider catering an event (such as 10 people,15,20).

At a minimum I would say 75. Catering is alot of work. You are basically setting up a mobile restaurant with a buffet. Anything under 500 bucks would not be worth doing…in my opinion.

We offer “carry out” catering for smaller scale events.

I should note that I have a mobile food truck so I would be making the pizzas at the location if that makes a difference.
