What would be a mean average of cheese in weight that would be considered fair on 11" 12"& 13" pizzas. I know that is Subjective but there must be a considered average.
I am talking mozella Cheese, Shredered.
Would would you put on that size pizza.
Do you place it on the base as well as on top of the pie before it goes in the oven

range on a 14" pizza is from 5 to 10 ounces
I use 8 ounces on mine, whole milk mozzarella
that is .05 oz per square inch, so other sizes would be the same per square inch…
cheeses and personal preference make the difference,
