How many ounces of cheese do y’all use for your 14" & 16" pies?

I’m curious about that too, what about 12 inches? we use freshly grated cheese. So I’d be really interested to see your responses.

my cheese portions are:

I use a Grande mozz/provo PSM mix, and find this amount covers nicely:

12"=5.5 oz
14"=7.5 oz
16"=9.5 oz
